I'm at UBC for a year, and live in the Kits area. Fly at the local parks (when it isn't raining, which isn't that often). Mostly multirotor FPV, but do have some bigger planes but didn't bring them with me.

Any good recommendations for places to fly / people to fly with? Gotta use the good old public transport, which is always fun...

...flying multirotors, from Kits by bus. I don't have any suggestions personally. Perhaps someone else will chime in.

I just moved from White Rock out to East Van, almost in Burnaby. Any good places to fly near me? Deer lake park looks kind of promising but I haven't gone to check it out yet.
