Flying Wing with Elevon Control?
I have made up a small 10" span flying wing with Elevon Control for
up/down & right/left control and wanted to know which way the
Ailerons have to go for model to go up? Seems to me that perhaps
they need to go down to increase lift of wing and make model go up!

no, the alierons should go up, if they are behind the CoG. your still trying to induce a change of pitch, by increaing or decreasing lift at a point other than the CG.
im not sure how this works in a wind tunnel, but this has been my experiance with flying wings.
