Is there a charge that will do this?

Is there a charger that when you plug a battery up to it, it will tell you what the battery has left in it, that way you know how long it should take to charge or even that you need to?

Yes, www.hobbypartz.com it's called the ac6 or you could go with the b6ac+ skycharger. I have the skycharger and love it!

Most decent chargers will tell you the voltage of the pack. The voltage will give you a good idea of what capacity you are at. I forget the numbers, but I'm sure you'll find it in the battery/charger section.
