Wow, now that's inviting!

Seems to have plenty of reflex near the roots.

And the most outrageously shortened elevons I've seen.
(Assume a brake parachute deploys from that beaut tail for landing approaches)

elevons you see are not what they will look like in production, they will end up very close to the fuse.

so far landing has not been an issue.

The plane has very little carbon in it, a little bit of sock and a couple patches in the servo bays

In the 4th picture of post #122, detail of the balsa shear web, it seems the glass is oriented orthogonally. I hope I'm either not seeing this correctly or it is just a proto-glitch that will be corrected in production?
Beautiful plank btw !

Production?

Did somebody say 'production'? When? Where? How much? And where (or how) does the line form?

It looks fantastic, I can't wait to see it in the air. Props to Steven for a slick design, and to Jason / Bill for sticking through all the hurdles to get this little beauty production ready!

Pre orders will start after we have a few more hours in the air, we have a couple minor changes to incorperate into the production models.

Price will be 450$

The Duc is my baby, I just changed out most of the fasteners with stainless, and have a new set of michelin power pures, and aluminum wheels to put on it!
