A60 6xs V2 with X-110 Opto

So here is the setup
•Hacker A60-6XS V2 High-End Brushless Motor
•Hacker X-110 Opto Sensorless Electric Speed Controller
•Lightweight Aero-Model 5000 mAh 6 Cell 22.2V Battery Pack
•APC 20*11 Electric Prop

With factory default on the ESC, I get a squack when I hit the throttle hard. If I ease up to full it sounds fine. I went to medium start from hard start and it got rid of the sound but the response may be suffering. So I have two questions...

1) is there a different setting I should change?

2) are there more options to pick on the timing with the programmer verses stick programming? the high timing on stick just says 22-30 but could I pick say 24 with the programmer?

link to the noise

marked the collet and it is not slipping

and could I benefit from a performance standpoint by programming the ESC with the computer link since I am running the A60 6XS?

The USB Programmer allows you to choose a specific timing setting, rather than a range or "auto". This would be a good choice as it will allow you to "fix" the timing at one setting, such as 22 degrees.

It does offer more settings than the stick programming method, and also allows firmware updates.

Finally - if not already done, I highly recommend soldering the motor directly to the ESC - Bullet connectors and extra solder joints can cause this issue as well.

Something is not right. Tried high and low timing instead of automatic and the Squak can back even at medium start setting.
The Squak sometime actually acts like a break on the motor trying to stop it. It has only done it twice but it may help diagnose.
Also the other issue is I am only getting 6K rpm and pulling 60 amps. 370 KV on 6s is better than 8k rpm.
