As far as I can tell, 15" will definitely be fine for "general flight". If you're going for really long endurance, or if you're pushing the weight limits then a 16x8 prop might be worth getting, but at least initially the 15" one will do a fine job.

I doubt it very much. Any time HK has something decent it never comes back.

I have one I bought a few months back. It's been sitting in the shed way too long so it's time to build and fly. Can anyone tell me details of the three blade prop I need for it please?

No kidding. I have the globalhawk and the MQ-9. I think because of shipping size of the box added cost was too high after that china post change.
HK had a uav-3000 in the scratch and dent section. But was pickup only in HongKong.
