Generic 25 controllers
I have a pair of Castle's older Generic 1.5Amp BEC 25 amp controllers I'm putting in a GWS ME262 twin. Can I parallel the two BEC to run the 4 servos on board on a 3S pack? Or would I be better off with a separate BEC?

So no danger of one burning out the other. If one is low it will simply not put out any current. As well, most ESCs (including Castle) simply parallel two or more regulators to get higher current capability.
As Pete says, Castle actually recommended leaving both BECs functioning to gain some current handling capability. IIRC they said it went up about 1.5X.
Switching regulators (UBEC/SBEC) are another story.
I would not suggest paralleling them.
