Got my walkera super cp and so...

Got it for $150 shipped off eBay. Yesterday I received it and after flying it for some time, I have to say the thing is pretty stable and durable. Its also very quitecompared to my other micros.

There is an issue iI'm having though. I get allot of bogging on flips and I always scramble after a flip. Pitch curve is -30 to 30 on the tx and throttle curve is 100-80-100.

Also I noticed that almost after one minute of flightime, the power becomes slugish a bit, which is really annoying. I don't know if I have too much pitch for this heli or the throttle curve is not good. I fly idle up only so yep.

Other than that the heli handles wind like a boss. Almost as good as the v120d02s I had.

One more thing guys, I noticed that when the tail motor faces the wind, it starts to kick a little bit. Its facing about 15mph of wind so I'm wondering if its normal.

Also what does the gyro menu in the tx do? I'm running deviation 3.0 on my 7e.

Does the motor get way too hot after a full flight?

I've spent a lot of money trying to make brushed motors work. Once I converted to brushless, the frustration stopped. You get the longest and most consistent flight times with a brushless motor & an 8 tooth pinion.

To convert to brushless, you need a WK-WST-10A-LT, a C05M motor, an 8 tooth pinion, and a Genius CP main gear.

I don't fly stunt, so I use a 7 tooth pinion. My motor is over 9 months old, and it still flies my Genius.

Yeah it gets really hot during flight.

Also is there other types of batteries I can use with this heli?

More flight time?

Motors getting that hot cannot last long, and it doesn't.
I use geniune Walkera Mini CP batteries. They're cheap at aliexpress. Flight times with my brushless motor and 7 tooth pinion are around 6 minutes, although I don't do stunt flying.

I'm happy with 6 minutes of flight time. The problem with larger batteries is your heli will get heavier. A heavier heli increases the probability that you'll break something in a crash.
