Thanks folks !

Bart, you made beautiful pictures and I enjoyed flying together with these beautiful designed aircrafts.
Hope my landing skills will improve during the next flights ! Can not wait to see the movie.

Hi Paul ,

It was a great evening. Dont worry on the landings , its just getting used to a new aircraft.
A bit more airspeed and a lower ascent rate and it will go perfect im sure Glad you like the pictures.

Cheers,

Bart

Ya Hoooooooooooooooooo!

I'm happy to say I know exactly how you feel Paul

That feeling during the build of - Man! When will this be over?...

Then it arrives. Maiden Day

Next comes - Can I really do this? I mean really?
Can I build something with my own two hands and have it do what I expect it to do - something as magical as flight off water no less...

And BEHOLD!!!

Take off!

Then "Yeah Baby - I'm doing this - I'm actually doing this!

Back on the water in one piece - HALLELUIAH

All - I mean every dam bit of all - is right with the world.

The rest my friend is gravy.

Congratulations on crossing the threshold with your beautiful Empire.

Gary

Kootje: Impressive detailing in props, cowls, windows, floats, landing lights and skin.
Congratulations with that succesfull maiden!
Nice flying spot but quite daring for a maiden with all these buildings (read audience/witnesses) around!
Great pics of both planes together.

You've got skills, guts and confidence. Very nice.

@bart83: AP as seen tonight: with your favourite flying spots in the distance.
