Gens Ace RMA Problems

I recently got a Gens Ace 6S 60C 4000mAh lipo and one of the cells was bad - right around 1.7V out of the box. I got an RMA and Danny even agreed to refund the return shipping. I got the replacement battery pretty quickly but I never received a refund for the shipping. On HoppyPartz customer service site, I attached a scan of my receipt from USPS after I shipped the original battery back on August 31. I asked about the refund again on September 1 and on September 4 after Danny said to contact you guys if I had an further questions. I never heard back.

So how about that shipping refund on the DAO battery? Danny said that flat rate shipping would cost $4.95 but I used the cheapest option and it was $5.15 without delivery confirmation ($5.90 with.) Sure would appreciate some help.

Finally got a refund. It took ten days from when I attached my USPS receipt to get a reply saying I would get a PayPal refund. Then it took another 4 days to actually get it. That's two weeks total. The original battery was back at HobbyPartz and the new one was already on the way just days after I shipped it. Why such a long delay for the refund?

And the refund was for $4.95 like Danny said, which is okay, but where is this $4.95 flat rate option? Maybe that's a business rate or something, but the cheapest flat rate option I saw at the posts office was cramming it into a $5.15 envelope that would barely close and then paying extra for delivery confirmation.
