If you want to race, you're not going to win with that one.
Seriously, the hull and hardware aren't bad yet the engine is a wannabe Zenoah, a clone.
The seller doesn't really give you much info as more than likely he's just a middleman.
Ignore "retail" prices as nobody in their right mind would pay that anyway.

gday fellow Aussie.
Ron is rite, steer clear! save a few more dollars and buy something decent straight off the bat.
you may have to look outside Australia to get something because most shops here are just asking unrealistic prices.
bonzi do one for $1150 there cheapest rtr but then your looking at postage on top of that. around 70- 170$

warehose hobbies sell some nice boats to.
but just beware that you have to add features on some of these like radio gear wich bumps price up.

I took the risk and order mine early March.

The boat turned up in 10 days later and for my surprise it was much better than expected. Still breaking in as I didn't have much time to take her out, but can tell I got a winner. Anyone have suggestions to extend or expected motor life? I have run a few tanks on 25/1 to mix. Will it be faster running 30/1 or just less smoke really?

Cheers
Any help is good help
