If that poll was taken prior to the Mr Obama administration putting a hit out on the NRA and its members, the numbers will be changing as the effects of government supported and funded slander of the organization works its magic.

Perhaps, even with his apparent power and might, Mr. Obama is most probably driving those who wanted hope and change away. Time will tell, but if you you look at the latest tracking polls, his allure also seems to be fading.

Maybe but probably wishful thinking. The same people who voted for him are still watching Honey Boo Boo, not reading their local news paper.
