Help!
Water Based Contact Cement

I'm currently using Loctite 200 spray adhesive which I buy at Walmart for $6.97 for a 13.5oz can. It works good for laminating large surfaces. It can be used on Dollar Tree Foam with no ill effects. It does work for what I use it for and I get pretty decent mileage out of a can. The guys across the pond have access to a product that I would like to get my hands on for modeling. It is a water based contact cement by Evo-stik called Solvent Free Impact. It is foam safe, water based, and thin enough to be brushed on. Once dry, it is an instant, permanent bond. Do you know of any similar product available in the U.S. that has these same qualities? I'd like to hear actual user opinions. I have seen some online, but none seems like a good match to the Impact adhesive.

Rubber cement works pretty well when used as a contact cement.

Mine was used to sandwich two sheets together, therefore, never had to sand it.
Being a rubber base, I doubt it would sand very well, but of course, can't say for sure.

Once dry the stuff is as resilient as a latex condom, so imagine trying to sand a condom.

Would that be in the package or installed?
