I cut and shut my tires.
They are Dubro 3.5 inch treaded lightweight tires. They come in at 56grams stock. I sliced them in half with a sharp knife, hollowed them out with a dremel, and glued them back together with RC tire CA. I only got them down to 36grams each, but that's 40 grams saved between the 2 of them.
Was it worth all that work? Well, they're softer at least.
