NATS F3B Event truly unique

In case you didn't notice, The F3B event held at the 2004 NATS may have been unique in the history of all of the aeromodeling events ever held at the Muncie site. Why, you ask? Because more than 10% of the entrants were female - that's why.
(18 entrants - 2 of which were female)

Re: NATS F3B Event truly unique

AND, it was the best attended F3B NATS event in recent history.

You can thank Dave Corven for the outstanding turnout ... maybe we
should annoint Dave with the title of "The Gordy-Soar of FAI"? Dave is
certainly an advocate of FAI events, he has been instrumental in the
scheduling of an F3B Team Selections at the Muncie site in October and
he is also advocating a USA-hosted F3J Worlds at the AMA National
Aeromodeling Center.
