I can't speak to G Force but the Gens Ace are worth the wait IMHO.

The Gens on Hobbypartz have been out of stock for about a month so it shouldn't be too long before they are available again.

I have had excellent performance with them plus they are rated for charging at 5C.

I have charged at 1C, 2C, 3C, and 4C and have seen no degradation at all. In fact after about 5 charges, the packs appear to have improved. Others have noted this improvement as well. At 4C, my packs are ready in about 15 minutes. Never warm after flight or after charging at 4C.

I have not tried them but many people report that they are happy with them.

The larger packs come with the 4mm bullets.
Many folks like Deans but I like the 4mm bullets. I also have planes using XT60's.
I'm also giving serious consideration to switching to Powerpoles.

They're pretty good but I just got some Gens Ace 1300 25c packs and they outdo my Hobby King 1300 45c packs. I won't be getting anymore HK packs. Gens Ace all the way!

Maybe - I think the Deans may be wrong but I don't have a stock Airboss to check it.

FYI - I just swap the Deans for my connector of choice. Rarely do I use an adapter.

Less connections = less failures and power loss

Hey guys, looking at this and the 59 Slick. I have not flown much in the past 3 years but loved my 3d hs 57 SHP, would like to get something as well mannered that I can also do 3d. Good manners more important than the absolutely tightest and wildest spins.

Frankly I think the cost is going to drive the decision for me, and whether they come in stock...

These Extra's are amazing! Tone down the throws and they become the most rock solid pattern plane, crank 'em up and away we go! The main difference between pattern & 3D is the rate switch, so if you want both, this plane is definitley a superb candidate! Plus, add in the power combo discount and it's a really good deal!
