dollar tree foam bipe

So if I was to build a smallish (indoor and calm day bipe) out of dollar tree foam, what would you folks recommend?
I am a beginner - intermediate builder.

Foam safe CA is hard (for me) to find in NZ, so will mainly use PVA, Hot glue, and gorilla glue.

Thanks
Glenn

All part of the service (databases).

I could trace off what I have if you wish though waiting until it flies might also be a good idea. At next indoor flying, traced off plan that is?

A biplane can be a little more fiddly as if using 4 ailerons, there's linkages plus, obviously, twice as many wings. Not sure what the almost doubled area does to wing area vs weight calculations but it could make for a reasonable wing span with a big wing area for indoor.

Anyone got the calculations?

Now if you go triplane as at the airshow two weeks ago with near a dozen Fokker triplanes, there really was some lift.

As mentioned on the build thread, i added ailerons to the OSG bottom wing only, and have plenty of authority for normal flight to mild acrobatics. I wouldn't bother with the upper wing ailerons. Leaving top wing plain also allows swapping top wing to bottom and making it into a RET monoplane - kinda fun at an indoor venue. "Didn't you just fly that plane with two wings???"

The Tiger Moth only has ailerons on the lower wing. Personally, on the Bipie, I went for upper and lower ailerons though rolls still aren't all that fast. Add lots of rudder and they go wild.

RCPro I sent you a PM.

Springer, I hope the dollar here doesn't keep dropping as it will make foam even more expensive, might cost $6 for an airframe...... Though the Bipie with more bits must cost up towards $9 A cup of coffee is getting more expensive than a plane sometimes
