Is 3 volt OK when discharging LiPo
I would like to see how much capacity there is left in my
TP 7800mah 3s4p. My charger can discharge with 5 amps.
Is 9 volt cutoff voltage OK? How low before damage?

3v [i]off[/] load is OK, but really, its better to measure the voltage you have after flying, and then estimate from one of the published discharge versus votage charts.
If you take the fully charged voltage as about 4.2v, and as 'flat as you dare' at 3v, then e.g. 3.5v off load is (3.5-3)/(4.2-3)=41% capacity left. To a first approximation.
Its not QUITE accurate since the discharge curves are curves, not straight lines. But its near enogh for practical thigs like 'how near flat am I after ten minutes flying?'
