LOL Thanks Steve
No. Reaper has been gone for a long time. If you like the GR45, I'd recommend the Motrolfly 3620-750. It weighs about 8 grams more, but it makes more power and it's a better design. The GR45 had major issues with the magnets rubbing the stator.

What is the difference between the 3620-750 and lightened 4315-714? I can't seem to find specs on the lightened one. Which would be better in this plane?

I have both motors. In this airframe I have the 3620 -750kv with a 15x7 prop, and it provides plenty of power. The 58" Edge and 59" Slick needs the 4315 with a 15x8 prop.

I hate to ask this, but can someone give me some idea of the mods/changes to this airframe that should be done differently than the manual states? I am in the process of building it now, and don't have time to dig through 600 pages... Everything seems well designed so far, so I don't expect there to be too many deviations from the manual, but I want to know them before I glue stuff together. Thanks!

Not a flippen thing needs to be done any differently than what is said in the manual. Build as is, and enjoy. One thing 3DHS says to not to do that a lot of manufacturers say to do, is they they don't have you remove covering on the stab when gluing it in. Believe 3DHS on this, you do not need to, nor do you want to remove it. You stand a good chance of cutting into the stab if you do, which only weakens the structure, and not removing the covering also allows you to remove the stab if the need arises.

Thanks Steve. I was just curious if there was anything like bolting the gear in instead of epoxy, a la 48 Edge. I did see the horizontal stab section in the manual, and I had to trim out the rear portion of the slot so the elevator joiner didn't bind. Other than that, smooth as silk. I'm finished with the frame, now to put guts in it!
