Quick question, i'm going to do the big one, what servos would you all recommend for an 8' wisel? Would 15g metal gear servos be up to the job?

Sure...if you make your elevons 12" long!

You're going to need the throw and power of something much bigger. Soren should have some suggestions for a biggie.

Thanks, i'm thinking the surfaces are going to be 47" each, 4" root, 3" tip.

I think around 10-12 kg metal gear servos will do the job.
On the Giga, I think it is 23 kg servos, I will check it in the weekend.


I will also check the 1,8 meter Mega, both are laying in the RC Club house

Mega maiden. (2 min 5 sec)

Time for a maiden voyage. Wind is totally cross. It may be a short flight. The wind died. Waahhh. Gonna wait 5 or 10 then go flip dlgs.
