It’s all made possible by its intelligently engineered, open structure design that keeps weight to a bare minimum while providing all the structural integrity of a real wooden airframe. This feather-light construction, combined with a high-output brushless motor, will provide spine-tingling 3D and freestyle performance that will let you really push the limits.

I really like Horizon Hobby, can't wait for the Beast 60e, which looks to be competitively priced, but this plane is not competitively priced in my view--unless that price includes motor, ESC or something else to justify that price. Maybe all of the hinges are sealed?

Anyway, what do I know?

Looks nice for a small area.

$20-$30 cheaper would be more competitive imo. Seems like a fun plane. Will be keeping an eye out on this one.

I love the Edge 540BP (the old version of this new plane). Looks like they have the same weak aluminum landing gear on there.

This looks to be almost as good as the Value Hobby Sabre 35. And only twice the price.

In this case you couldn't really be more wrong. I had both and they both were great fun little butt in the grass huckers. However, with very similar weight and performance, I'll take the $59 Sabre35 and never think twice. I should know, I've had two of them.

and don't forget the fact that you can walk into any LHS and get parts ASAP. a good LHS will probably even have parts in stock

I believe that the price is just TOO steep.

Not really sure what Horizon is thinking on this one.

Waiting on someone in the real world to comment on her...had one in my hand in the hobby shop yesterday but didn't do it! What's the verdict?
