I got my pico moth stuck in a tree last month at my dad's funeral
I had done three patterns when I switched to low rates. That's when the down wind demon got me. It blew me right into this tree. She was twenty ft in the tree. This boom truck knocked her out of the tree she came in a dive. I throttled up and pulled on the elevator stick. Despite having the top right wing drooping she pulled out narrowly missing a tombstone. I did three more low fly bys in tribute of my dad. The drama reminded me of the day's flying with my dad

Sorry for your loss......We had my dad's GWS Pico Moth on display at his memorial...the next time I flew RC (as we had together and both learned on a Pico Moth) I flew his Moth in his memory (and a GWS Beaver)...good memories are invaluable.

Hi Tometech,

Pico Tiger Moth is still available, but not the floats, Pat built his own floats for his beautiful PTM.
GWS float set has been sold out, boss has not yet decided to produce the new batch though.

HURC has 'em

Heads up R/C, in Ocala, Florida still carries the GWS Pico TM, as well as the 400.
His motor, controller, battery, & servos are a perfect combination for one of the best model flight setups that ever was, in my opinion.

They list them but if you go to order, you will see that they are all out of stock; every flavor (painted/not painted/power/no power)

Lots of people say "If it was available I'd buy it" and then, they don't. But I was on the page trying to order it!!! Nothing..

Sorry about that. What I said about the rest of the stuff is still true, though.
