I occasionally fly my Alula or Seeker (r.i.p.) in the park near the ballfield lights. No spec-ing, just fun ripping around. Doesn't sound like that'll do you much good in the deep, dark woods.
Sloper guys are installing LEDs in their planes. Full kits with 5 LED lights are about $12 from Canuck Engineering: http://www.canuckengineering.com/sto...products_id=39 The plug right into your rx. Might be fun with a DLG! I've seen these guys fly on the slope. Pretty cool. I even joined in with some very, very dim glow-sticks -- the skinny kind -- taped to my Alula. Good fun! --Greg |
