The folding prop was not included and it looks like a 40mm prop hub will be needed and the foam end shape is not a true circle.

Weigh in found one wing 4.5g heavier than the other .
total weight of parts 457g taiplane area 41.25 sq inches. wing area 336 sq inches the moment arm is 17.5" The cord average of the wing is 4" The 6 servos @9g and 1 servo @17g = 61 g to be added plus decals . total weight ~ 520g .. power system to be added. This a very high aspect ratio ship and with such a small tailplane area My bones are telling me that the CG is going to be forward and sensitive. |

More pix and a couple of mysteries the battery tray on the left has an has a T shaped appendage Never seen anything like that before
![]() The other is 2 small ~3/4" pieces of laser cut ply that can be assembled into what I thought maybe a pushrod hangar but where it belongs .The turned allum piece is the wing joiner ,just got to make sure the grub screws are facing forward when gluing into the first half, i think I shall relace them to a slightly larger size as I dont have an extention for key sizes that darn small. |

Joined the 2 halves together using Formular 560 canopy glue ,this product dries clear stcks well and while wet wipes up with a damp tissue and gives plenty of time to check alligment.
The wing control surfaces are decidedly stiff ,I made mine a bit freer by inserting a 1.5mm wire into the larger V groove and stressing the alleron/flap against the wire plus a lot of flexing ,a single pass with one of these http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbycity/s...dProduct=10124 along the hinge line also helped. |
