Ok one thing at a time.
1. where are you located? 35mhz is a frequency that only certain contries use for hobby purposes. In the USA is 72mhz or 2.4ghz. Also 2.4 zhz can be used globally with some restrictions.

2. Lets concentrate on the radio system. You say that you have a t6x radio. What kind of receiver?
3. are all the cables plugged into the receiver?
4. is the receiver battery charged?
5. Does the crystal in the receiver match the crystal on the radio?
6. is the radio actually transmitting a signal? Some radios have a dial gauge or at least a battery light and a signal light, are those lit and working?

That is all I can think of right now. The problem should reveal itself once we start answering these questions and whatever else we come up with as these questions are answered.

Make sure the receiver battery is fully charged. Temporarily remove the switch from the system. Take the battery wire from the battery and connect it to the receiver directly observing the correct polarity on the receiver. The servos should jump a bit. Turn on the radio. The servos should follow the movement on the sticks.

There is nothing to it. If that does not work, you either have a damaged radio, a damaged receiver, or bad battery (batteries).

If my suggestion did not work, let me know to see if I can think of something. In the meantime, a few close-up pictures post here could help with the diagnosis. Otherwise taking the whole thing to an experienced pilot will be even more valuable that anything I could type here.

I need you to make sure that the battery is fully charged. Use a voltmeter to read the charge of the battery. the fact that the servos move, indicate that the servos may be working. IF the battery is charged, and the servos work, then the problem is between the radio and the receiver. You already confirmed that they have the same number on the crystal. So the problem may be internal.

1. Find somebody that will loan you a spare receiver, swap out the crystal and try again.
2. Send the whole thing to be looked at by the manufacturer.

May not be what you are looking for, but unless you have knowledge about electronics, this is as far as I can take you. Hell I don't know how these things work inside, so without being there, this is as far as I can take you. Sorry
