It's quite a bit bigger and has flaps to name a few.

I like the paint scheme and the idea of precut formers and epoxy but. Please enlighten me as I don't see a reason to get on the wagon with everyone.
This is a new and larger all composite version. notice the size next to a BVM Viper in the first page.

Not unless they want to re-do the whole fuse mold.

Worth a shot. Wouldnt they just have to add some material to that part of the mold to make the radius?

They could add material to the plug's intake to make it rounded, but then they have to make a new mold. I have had a couple sniper 70's and a couple 90's and I have alwyas rounded them and re-painted. Would be nice if it came that way, I agree.

If they just rounded the outside it would be pretty easy to do and would at least look a little better, but would only create half of the radius and require some modification to the intakes to get the inside radius.

On a plane I molded, I had to make a separate piece to be glued on to the fuse, because I could not get the fuse out of the mold. BVM does it where they have the intake rounded and attached to the fuse in the mold, but the wings are plug in. With a bolt on wing, it because hard because the wing saddle makes it so you have to pull the fuse straight up out of the mold and the front of the intake gets caught.

Yeah, I didnt figure it would be easy, just a thought. I dont think it would really help performance much, except for static thrust maybe a little. It would just look a lot better.

BTW, I love your models. I have sport jet profile doodles from engineering school that look just like your Blaze. When all the kiddies are a little more grown up I would like to try my hand at molding my own plane.

Updates!

Got some more updates posted on the previous page.

AND I just got some new video editing software... it kicks butt, so I decided to re-visit the footage from AZ Jets and make a new version of the Sniper XL90 video. Check it out!
