back in it's day, it was probly considerd extreme, but by todays standerds, it's more of a serious sport flyer!

Yes, I have found that out by flying it. Just things like what came in the box, how much it originally was, recommended throws, & things like that.The lady I got it from, (estate sale, long story), the guy had some really weird two servo elevator hookup, the controls aren't as quick or doesn't have as much throw as I would like, here it is.
It weighs 11 pounds all up flying weight.
How much do you think is is worth, most of the other ones I've seen look trashed, also, where could I get some of the missing decals for the canopy, elevator, & cowl?
It is more of a fun fly plane, it does not do SUPER SNAPPY things.

what it's worth. is totaly up to how bad someone wants it. it's only real value is collectors! and I am no help there!

if you have pic's of the missing stickers, you might be able to recreate them with a computer and printer! it would be bout a million times less likely, that you find someone that had the kit, and never put the stickers on it, and still has them!

as for that elevator set-up! I would put in a modern high torque,don't even have to be high speed! or at least put longer arms on the ones you have!

What engine do you have on it? Whats the wing span?

The engine is an O.S. .90 2 stroke, wingspan 69 1/4 inch, great flying, but not as aerobatic as it should be.

I have a 72 incher that calls for a 90 to 120. And with a 91 size motor it would be very scale but with a DLE 30 on her she's a power monster.
I believe a DLE 20 would wake that plane up and a DLE 30 you'd be getting knife edge loops out of her.

Actually the .90 2 Stroke will let it knife edge pretty well. O.K., here are some pics that give you an idea on how much throw it has, half as much as my Carl Goldberg Extra 300.

DLE 30??? Do you want to kill the thing?!?!?!

Not really, but for an 11 lb plane, a DLE 30 is the ticket.
I've seen many a 69 inch plane with a DLE 30
