ok guys has anyone had this problem with heli,as soon as i throttle enough to get heli light on skids it starts spinning uncontrollably...i changed three tail servos and ensured when the servo was centered that the tail blades did not have too much pitch ensuring the the mechanism was centered along tail slider....i use the stock ZD720 gyro.......

the ct6b program doesn't offer much in terms of how to adjust gyro and i'm tired of researching online yet not any clearer as to what should be done(reversing gyro setting didn't work)

is there a setting on Digital radio prog that cansolve gyro problem short of buying a new gyro....by the way i ordered this one incase

I had that same problem. My issue was that rate mode was very sensative. As soon as the light goes out on the servo, stop turning the nob. Just barely out of HH mode. DONT take off if the heli is spinning. Reset the tail servo position until you can lift the heli in rate mode with out rudder compensation. It took me 3 battery packs to figure this out. Once you make minor servo position adjustments and it lifts with out input, then reset HH mode by turning the nob 3 times with in one second and the gyro will flash when it resets.

Also, from the factory, my Gyro settings were backwards. I thought I had mine set up in rate mode, and HH mode just sent the heli into a crazy spin. turns out the gyro direction in the Tx and on the Gyro itself were both backwards so in HH mode, the gyro was compensating the wrong way making the heli unflyable.

Absolutely NOT. It will shorten the life of your tail servo and your gyro. If you have a digital servo, then you will need to set the output from the gyro to digital, and vice versa.

Hi all! I'm waiting for my Hausler 450 V2 to arrive later next week. Can I set this heli up with my Spektrum DX7 and AR7000 receiver? I'm guessing I can, but want to make sure before it gets here.

I'm trying to help a bud verify that his ESC is set to soft start. Through some searches, I found this link that suggests its the manual for the NAO-40A ESC

However, when he goes into the programming and gets to "startup mode", he only hears 1 beep or 2 - not 3 as he's supposed to. So is this the right manual?

What's the proper programming instructions throught the TX for super-soft start?

Thanks!

A couple of questions if anyone can help...new at 6 channels but learning a lot on this forum. I have a Hausler I bought from Leaders Hobby. Same as discribed here. First, has anyone had luck with programming the ESC? I can enter the programming mode, but after the beep sequence indicating function, moving the throttle lever down to adjust has no effect. The ESC just continues to repeat the beep sequence for each function. Normal for these? Seems impossible to program. My other problem is understanding the throttle hold switch and start up. Turn transmitter on in normal mode w/ throttle swtich towards me. After beep sequence, I then click the switch away from me. This initiates spool up. Is this correct? The rotors then start spinning immediately. Seems to me I should have no rotor movement until I move the throttle stick up from the fully down position. Any help here is appreciated. Sorry, a complete newbie at these 6 channels. Pretty good at coaxials (lol) and 4 channel fp. Thanks in advance!
