You can't. You can infer
the shape, but the "standard" 3 outline views is not enough to draw internals or a model. Another way of saying it is "The 3-view is derived from the real shape, not the other way around."
If you want realistic cross-sections you can, in order of probable accuracy
- Buy, beg, borrow, or trade for plans and scale from it.
- Buy, beg, borrow, or trade for a model and measure from that.
- Bing, Google, Yahoo search for images of plans.
- Download models from 3D Warehouse and use SketchUp sections to dissect it.
