Indianapolis East side flying? Larence McCordsville Fishers
Hi,
Any one flying around here? Mostly electrics. Sport, scale, oddball, 3D, E glider and so on. Still have not found a place to fly yet in the past 2 1/2 years. Yes we have the Muncie field for free at an hour drive each way. And another nice club south east about 45 minutes each way, still.......... Club would be OK, but not required. Local low cover at a church field, soy bean field between seasons and so on would be best. If not wanting to post it online, I understand far too well, please PM or Email me. |

Well, I did find a club not far from me, yet the $65.00 a year plus an additional $65.00 new member fee is just way too much for me.

Hi Dave.
Have you checked the AMA link I provided n contacted anyone? Myself, just seems to be some local parks around. I have I have checked my local township, city and county parks for regulations online. I have not found anything yet with our hobby about restricions. Saftey is always first. Jared |

Jared. My buddy and I fly at the old airport. We've been doing that for years. I'm the guy that delivered the plane u bought to ur house.

I'm on the southwest side and just have some small helis and 1 micro plane. Looking for somewhere to do some indoor flying with others. I have access to a small gym at my church, but not really big enough for planes, just helis. And flying with just my and my boy, we don't get to talk to others and see what cool stuff they have. There's a part real close to my house, but the wind hasn't been calm enough recently when I'm home to be able to learn to fly the plane.

Hi,
Yes, I remember you Jabird along with your generosity. I will have to check out the old airport. Other then after dark, any non-preferred times to fly there? jdr00ejy, there are some very small n simple planes that fly well in gyms. |

Jared. We just fly whenever. We head to the back. Plenty of room. Police never bug us.
