Calling all uk fliers!

I love hearing about what the guys are up to over the puddle, but a lot of us UK guys don't get to fly every day because of our c&%p weather, and we don't have the extensive supplies of new aircraft from certain manufacturers (mentioning no names, of course). I'd like to hear what Brit guys are flying too! I'm in the south of England, I fly the Overtec (Cermark) 49" Sukhoi, Yak, Edge, various foamies for indoor and fly pattern and 3D I fly at my local park, and when the weather permits, Beaulieu Aerodrome in the New Forest.
I'm not trying to segregate us from our US cousins (far from it) but it would be nice to hear a little more from our UK (and Europe) fly guys, so lets hear what you fly, what you do, what you crash and what you aspire to own HERE....anything, just keep it polite!!!!!!

I got my fleet via either ADC Hobbystore or 3D Hobby Shop themselves. You just have to know how to and obviously stump up for the shipping!

As for my favourite, very hard but at this moment probably my 70" AJ Slick.

Nice.......I'd been thinking about a larger ship, so i bought a Nitroplanes 101" 100cc DA powered SU26 from a guy at my club!!!!! haven't had the balls to fly it yet It's beautiful, but quite large.

Might get something smaller in the interim.......

But bigger flies better ! In our climate i.e. windy, you'd fly a bigger one more than the smaller ones purely because the big ones can handle the wind much better due to the weight.

I try and fly as often as I can, but as has been said the weather never seems to be on our side, here's hoping after a cold winter we get a good summer at long last

I got in to the shows properly last year around the UK and try to do as many fly-ins and shows etc as I can throughout the year.

Currently flying:

39% Krill Katana
Krill thunder
EF 88" Extra
Comp-arf 2.3m extra - electric
EF 58" extra
and then some smaller electric stuff from both extreme flight and overlander
and a few indoor models as well for the winter time

Mr Rossi, I am on the way to Bounemouth, in Surrey, I had better mention my 3DHS planes last then ededge. I have

Sebart E30 Katana

Multiplex
Acromaster
Funjet
Cularis

Kyosho: P40 56" retracts/flaps

Telink YAK55

Lots of foamies

One glow that I never fly: CPRL Synergy 90 with piped OS91 great plane but its glow.

Ripmax Spitfire

And pride of place, the very best aircraft ever designed

3DHS
47" SHP
47" Velox
42" Slick
51" Slick
70" Slick.

Even though the 3DHS planes are expensive to import to the UK they are worth every penny. Why not fly the best?

Mmmmmmm........might have to invest in one then.......51" inch Slick maybe....but i've also been looking at a Sebart Sukhoi 29 30e or 50e. Love the build quality on those planes! what are the Slicks like?

I rate the Sebart planes number two in the world. You can't go wrong with them but 3DHS planes are better. They are built stronger and fly even better if you can believe that. Also Sebart is pretty expensive anyway even though we can get them locally.

The 51" Slick is no doubt the one to start with, then the 70" then the 42" just for fun.

I meant I live on the way to Bounemouth, not actually on the way! You would be welcome to come see my Slicks if you come up to London anytime, I'm on the edge of Greater London just inside Surrey.
