4 micro mini servos for flaps including
2 for horizontal stabs. 1 mini for vertical stab and 2 mini for ailerons. A total of 9 digital servos were used regardless of 3 servo actuated retracts. A 9 channel Optima receiver was most suited for these operation using a Hitec Aurora TX due to elevator, nose/rudder steering, flaps ( soldered connector) mixing.

Correct. This is RC Aerodyne's latest that'll be soon out in the market. Really nice kit. But still no idea when they'll be coming in.

Love the King Airs. Back in school I co-oped at Beech in Wichita just when the T tail kings airs were introduced.

That was quite an experience you had back then...being an A&P , I did work on them as line mainrenace doing A / B checks. But working on a model is quite challenging being able to do intricate details when you actually work on the real thing.

Thanks for the post...a good feeling to have shared these photos with you guys.

We will advise and post it on here as soon as we get her flying. This prototype I built need some mods and additional structure reinforcement on the wings. These comes in 3 pc wing. The center piece where the engine pylon mounts that also encases the main landing gear support- required a lot of reinforcements. I had to look around for reference points to get the correct alignment and engine thrustline .
