MCrites taught me this, and I've been waiting for the right moment...
In the time it took to type that response, a kind answer could have been provided. I had never heard the term either, except in reference to plants.

In the time it took to type the question, he could have searched.
That was my point.
And I was kind.

In other words people should not ask questions on this forum, but take the time to do research on their own? Kinda defeats the purpose.

I'm not here to argue.
Go ahead and ask away...

To me, that makes our little debate worth it.
If things had stopped at flitelab's answer, you'd think "potted" just meant sealed.
I'm here to help, but I also feel a responsibility to teach.
By taking the time to learn, you qualify yourself to help teach.
Thanks!

I found mine on Tuesday by typing in "DJI Phantom in stock" into google..
which led me to the Amazon.com storefront for All E RC

According to Fed Ex.. it arrives tonight In fact, I went to the gym this morning so I could get into work early, so I could be at home in time for the delivery.
Problem is- in Colorado at the moment, we have a good bit of snow.

ATTENTION:
The Phantom is in stock from this site right now:
http://www.hoverthings.com/phantom.html

Seems a UK store has them in stock too:

Who Discovered / Discussed The Carrying Case

A week or so a go, someone found a black case on Amazon for the Phantom. Mine just came in - I need to find his posts so I can see how he mounted the Phantom in the case.

Does anyone know who or about when that was discussed? I'm searching - just can't seem to find it.

Thanks

Am I allowed to mention another site on here? If not, mods just delete this and I'll understand.. no hard feelings, just trying to help.

phantompilots.com had a post the other day about a guy who used a utility/toolbox he bought from Home Depot ($40.00 Husky brand) His Phantom fit without issue.
(am I allowed to link that forum here?)

Somewhere else on their forums I saw a Phantom rep come in and mention that they have a phantom specific case coming out from a partner/vendor (maybe?) and that it will be reasonably cheap. Looking for more info on that right now, I cannot find the exact thread.

I know that you guys want answers without the burden of having to search, but knowing your way around the forums and internet search engines sure makes life easy...
I just keyed in "case" on the Phantom thread search feature.
From there I scanned down the page looking for "padding" or "Amazon"
I found padding, went there and found "Amazon"
Went to post containing Amazon
Piece of cake...
