Well I haven't maidened it yet, but I will this weekend, Dual 280 pushers mid wing, Gave up on the other short wing design, this one is taking on a whole new look.(not that great looking but I'm devoted to attaching something onto that fuse that will fly.)

Yes, that would be some 1"x15" elevons an if I have problems bringing it around with those, I will make the wing a little shorter. Right now the ws is 42" and the fuse is 22".D

Gpw, thanks for checking out the thread. I follow your threads/posts and I respect your thoughts,D.---Ok everybody interested, all three of you and aldert whenever he sees this. I did my test glide tonight. It is 11:27 and I'm as full as a tick. The turkey isn't making me sleepy.

First throw with 5mm up elevon, 15 feet and it rollercoastered and came down.
adjusted elevons down 2 clicks on controls
2nd throw it went about 20 feet and came down
3rd throw, punched throttle and it started climbing. cut throttle- fence

Will finish tomorrow in daylight, seem to have enough thrust for flight but not a brushless by far. I'll let you guys know tommorrow nigh how it goes. Doug

It is really cool looking ,but I don't know if that tiny tail is gonna' do much ..... seems like the rudder(vertical stabilizer) could be bigger ... flying will tell all , but you'll know how to take care of a yaw problem...Best of Luck!!!!

Well today It went fairly well.. I did not crash the cannibal. It barely would climb but It flew and Turned well. Just needs some more horses. I glided fairly well, seems to need a little more up pitch on the props. I think i will swap out the 280's for some 350 motors direct drive, Maybe sunday. D
