Hi Alex and Steve .Thank You for letting me work the AMA show. I tryed several attemps to order parts . I dont understand why Iam still waiting its been over three weeks. still waiting to hear from Alex . Talk with steve feb 2 . told me Alex would call me back. Still waiting ? I know you guys are very busy i understand. But I dont understand why IAm being treated like this? Please tell Me Whats WRONG

I guess I still will have to wait . I Dont call anymore no one picks up. called on wife cell phone and talk to Steve. THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT IN THE PAST

free bird? Scott????? give Alex a call directly... If this is Scott, you're not being targeted. If we are not picking up.... trust me, we didn't target you, because we don't have caller id on biz lines. Just busy.

I've been flying Cermark products for awhile now! Every time I call the main office, I've had no problems reaching Alex/ Steve. I appreciate your customer service Cermark!!

Same experience here: sent in a rough-running Neo 10 from a new FR for replacement at Alex's request. That was 2 months ago and no replacement, nothing. Every time I call...Alex is out can we take a message, and no response.

Not cool guys.
