Fly Piccolo without Piccoboard?
Does anyone know if you can fly the piccolo without the piccoboard? Couldn't you just buy 2 speed controllers and a gyro? I was wondering because you could save about 75 bucks by not buying the piccoboard. Does anyone know what kind of speed controllers you would need, like how many amps and stuff? Let me know. I wanna buy a Piccolo but I don't have much to spend and bypassing the piccoboard would save me a lot. Thanks

Sure. Many of us do it. But you don't actually save much if anything, since you need two ESCs and a gyro. But it does give you flexibility to change components like the main motor ESC if you go brushless.
