Here is my roll around. 30" x 96" flat building table. Back is 1/8" ply shear web between upper rung of platform frame and lower 1x just above the castors. Can't move as long as the glue holds. Front side of work table is doubled 1x 5 Poplar. All platform framing (KD verical Grain Pine/Poplar) machined straight on two edges prior to cutting and assembly. End frames are KD 2x4 and 5/8" ply provide shear strngth and access to lower storage box. Weakest point is the two center support frames. Uprights form lap joints with cross members at upper and lower ends, each joint 3-12" x 5" (17,5 sq.inches glued surface - four lapped joints per station). Came out within less than 1/32 surface variance tolerance (I was shooting for =/- 1/64). Straight edges place anywhere on 5/8 ply top show no dicenable deviation, rock, or sag, in any direction. Crossmembers supporting the surface are placed 16" on center. Lower crossmembers are 32" on center. Castors are 3.5" diam from Harbor Frieght, lagged into post bottoms at ends. Moves esily and remains flat despite any floor variations, although I will shim a high wheel if it rocks and has to remain there for a time.
