A few possible reasons come to mind:-
1. The ESC is under-rated for the amps the motor's drawing at full throttle, so it goes into a safety shutdown, or burns out.
2. The motor has too big a prop on it, so it's drawing more amps than it should at full throttle, so either it burns out, or the ESC goes into safety shutdown or burns out.
3. The battery is too small for the amps the motor wants, so the voltage sags at full power, and the ESC shuts down because it's hit lvc (low voltage cutout).
4. Bad connection between battery and ESC, which can't carry the high current required at full throttle.
A bit more info would be helpful to narrow it down ... was there any smoke anywhere, did the motor run okay at reduced throttle after stalling, is this a brand-new setup, what are the specs of motor, ESC, and battery?

I do not want to create a new thread, so I'll ask here
I've just ordered a set of BL motor, esc, prop saver and prop (6x3). when I tried it (not installed in the aircraft), it is too vibrate. is this normal? or is there something wrong?
I am noob

Also things like badly made prop adapters, (shaft hole machined off center), and plastic spinners can cause problems.
Re-motor 'stalling', if you mean 'stop', then it can happen. A sudden stop, may be a magnet coming loose. A horrible 'squeal', may be incorrect ESC timing. Another possibility is the loss of radio signal and having the ESC's brake set.
