I've heard it said if you get banned with one name...you can go back over and over with new ones. But they are pretty good at spotting that!

Who is intolerant of others opinions? I haven't seen that yet, and only one person I know wants to shut down a whole thread on a company. Everyone here shares their own experiences with this, and other vendors. That some people have had good experiences seems to upset those that have had less than positive experiences, and can't seem to let go.

The funny thing is if you follow any deep links into the site it seems fine, but if you go to the homepage you get the unavailable notice. So is maintenance over and they forgot to revert the homepage to the right page, or are they in the middle of maintenance and they forgot to block the rest of the site too?

it's a big site- Mistakes will happen.

I've taken off without putting on my wing bolts on too...

hope

well, i hope this stuation is fixed eventually and all ends in getting back to normal soon.
and that, whatever happened, helps to learn what it takes to avoid to happen again if possible. unless it is caused by something beyond control, like power failure of the grid.
and that they tell us the truth.
for all that i see, it has happened before, but don't know what it was, and how was it fixed, and if they told us what happened.
perhaps some1 who knows could bring it?
at least to know what to expect.
