NorCal MOM Speedo Racing

We are talking about having an affordable Man On Man (MOM) racing series. The thinking is every pilot would have the same sailplane - Speedos. Skip Miller has agreed to give us a quantity discount.

We will fly at different venues, depending on the wind.

We are in the planning stages, more details to come...............

We could have an 8 race series or so......we could do this as a monthly racing series...............

Open to ideas.................

So who is interested?

Dave

Dave I would be interested and I think Paul would be to. We have a couple other guys with Speedos in the Woodland club we might be able to get interested to.

You guys will have a lot of fun with this! We've had a number of Speedo races down here in SoCal, and it's a great way to get people involved in man-on-man racing who wouldn't ordinarily be able to do so.

We allow mods to fuses, but the wings must be stock.

I'm interested depending on how far the drive is to the races. I assume Davenport would be one but where else?

Yeah, this should be a lot of fun.

I like the idea about keeping the wing stock and allowing mods to fuses. Makes sense.
