The silver and red clipped wing Cub is pretty but I really like the E-2! That kind of building is right up my alley!

Are you sure? To my knowledge, DuBro never made any larger than 6"

No big deal I guess. I see a 6.00 on your pic. Have been on the hunt for a long time for 8"-10" tundra's. I have both Airtops and PR Bushwheels. The Airtops are very heavy and the PR's have inconsistent rubber thickness with thin spots that would seem to puncture easily out in the rough off field landings and takeoff's.

That was a great video. I especially liked the flying formation with a 1/3 scale cub with the rc pilot in the back seat.

Awesome video, thanks for sharing. It brings back a time when life was simple and the J3 was and is truly ahead of its time. I love the comment just watch the oil pressure and gas, I guess airspeed is just something you feel in a cub.
Thanks again It made my day.

Sig 1/4 sc L-4 Conversion

Here's one more from my first decade in the hobby. This was back in the 90's.

Sig 1/4 sc converted to L-4. Covered in Supershrink Coverite (Man wish could still get that stuff). Silver base coat. Pink hairset tape with nylon brush bristles to simulate stitching. Painted in Chevron Paints Olive Drab. Have not seen that paint in years. Great colors, pigment and sprayed beautiful.

120 FS, full size body pilot with semi scale interior. Vinyl graphics with painted invasion stripes.

hope you enjoy (images not the best as they are scans from yes -35mm for those who remember even that)

Here's mine. It's supposed to be a Balsa USA J-3. I bought it second hand so I'm not 100% sure about that.
It has a PA-11 nose on it, and the PA-11 Deluxe paint scheme.
Sadly it's not in the condition currently, I had a bit of a mishap. Oh, well. She'll be airworthy come spring.
