E-Starter Maiden Flight
Ok, got antsy to fly so I went out anyway.
Little windy. Maybe 10 mph but figured what the heck. As long as my electronics survive we are talking $35 for a new plane which I don't mind building.
To make a long story short:
Gust of wind
Plane hard to handle
Rammed it right into the top of a fence
Off to the hobby shop to find a piece of foam to replace one bad part but overall all back together and ready to go again.

For first flights or windy days, find a huge field with no trees, fences, etc. Then after you get the hang of it, a smaller area is fine.
