I remember when I was young enough to have tried something like that....young and bulletproof.
The helmet is only a catching device for something to bury....

I can tell you how that works out here... airframes are usually about 1/2 of what a new one costs. Components are much easier to ship, and so they tend to bring whatever the market value is, which is generally a bit more than 1/2 price. But the airplane market in Arkansas is tough... not many buyers, especially for larger planes.

Just glued up all my surfaces on 48" extra. Now I have a lot of fogging around all the hinges. How do I remove this and how can I prevent this???

You can try a paper towel soaked with some rubbing alcohol... if that doesn't work then CA Debonder will get the job done. Golden West CA Debonder is great stuff:

I've never had that happen gluing hinges. Did you use accelerator?

It happens if you use a lot of ca and there isn't sufficient ventilation. The ca fumes cure on the surface and cause the fogging. You can either use acetone or debonder.

It happens... one of the reasons why you see Chris Jewett running a folded paper towel down the hinge line as he is gluing them in, to remove any excess CA before it dries...

Foam Safe won't fog, but it isn't as strong.

Keep a fan running. Doesn't completely eliminate the possibility of fogging, but it helps, and it keeps you from breathing the CA vapors.

Watch Chris Jewett's build video starting @ 10:55:

Extreme Flight 64" MXS EXP Build Video #1 (30 min 20 sec)

He uses about two drops (he calls them hits) of glue on each side of each hinge before flipping it over and doing the other side, and he does that twice. The manual recommends one drop for each side of the hinge (left and right) before doing the opposite side...
