Build Log
Shock Fox Including plan.

Thought I'd share with everyone what I started to put together yesterday

At this stage most of the parts have been cut out and dry fitted to test for alignment - Looking okay for the most part.

I have added the PDF of the original plan here

Just the KFM portions and spars to add then the radio gear before a few test flights in the back yard to see how it glides. Will update with further photos etc once done.

No progress today unfortunately as I had that horrible thing called work to take care of. And there where perfect flying conditions today too dammit.

Spar slots cut in the wings tonight though I found that my straight edge was a little less than straight lol. Will have to use a little filler in small areas around the spars. more photos to follow soon.

No Ward, not my design but one I found online some time ago. Just thought it was the right time to have a shot at seeing what it could do. In light conditions at work on my lunch breaks I should be able to get a flight in.

I have modified the wing though to try out something that I haven't before. (Made it a KFM wing of sorts)

Still thinking about the best gear setup for it at the moment.

Firstly a big thank you to Peter Gollagher for the assistance with the assembly this afternoon. Here are some more photographs of the assembly. Final work to do will be the trimming of the leading edges and an overall check of the CoG before a quick few test glides. then add the radio gear and wait for a good day to maiden the Shock Fox.
