So are you saying you are running a life battery on you UBEC set up? I did it but with a 2 cell lipo on my sapac L-39 but I had a bunch of light and other stuff running or the main battery so I just took it all off the main and rain it off the smaller battery then the EDF gets every bit of power of the big battery. But I think with the new jets they have it all set up to where we don't have to do that any more. So I think please tell me if any body thinks I am wrong. The book that comes with the ESC and the UBEC are so hard to understand? Thanks

I would just run the stock setup in stock configuration. FW has sold plenty of these planes and I haven't heard of BEC issues.

I love this plane from Motion RC

But, my posts are known for the truth--not the spin. I am not selling anything--know what that means?

So here is the truth......There is reason to believe the stock UBEC is inadequate and causes some crashes. I am not going to tell you what the reasons are --not now. I fly 2 Stingers --both Baddass all Black, -- and I've had no problem with the stock UBEC. But that doesn't mean there is no problem for others.

Large edf that put the battery under preassure I would use a Bec 100% I've had a RX turn off on me on take off and crash the plane due to voltage sag... A Bec unning a seperate 2 or 3s battery would of saved my plane!!
