Looks like my magnets got lost somewhere during shipping. They are probably stuck to the underside of a USPS mail truck.

Last tracking item was in Jamaica NY on July 11. Its the first stop after clearing customs if I'm not mistaken.

I'll reorder them and request an e-packet delivery, that way they will travel faster and have better tracking. This will be the 3rd ebay item that never arrived at my house. The first two were actually shipped all the way back to China for whatever reason.

Maybe I should bribe my USPS person with cookies on Christmas and New years.

Found some 15x8x2 magnets that I think will work. They just arrived today. I bought 40 of them so I have plenty of extras. They are only N35 but I think they will work

I thought it was interesting the way they were packaged. Maybe the first set I ordered didnt have enough styrofoam?

The lower the magnetstrength, the higher a motor's Kv constant, and vice versa.

Magnetpoles must alternate

Wow, thanks Ron.

What kind of glue do you recommend and do you have any advice on how to balance the motor can?

I'm thinking I will make a template to help position the magnets before gluing, especially the top row since I'll be using 2 of these smaller magnets in place of the existing single magnets.

Any good quality (slow) epoxy will do.
Clean surfaces thoroughly.
