Mvvs 56

Yesterday evening I started rebuilding a 1968-1972 ex-USSR F2B stunt ship. The engine (MVVS 56) is gummed rock solid and it was quite a hassle to undo the spinner in order to free the engine from its mount.
Does anyone know a good source for a fuel needle as this is missing?
As I don't have an ultrasonic cleaner I hope I can free the engine in the oven or in glycol. Or I could ask Reggy....

My new ENYA`s !

First ist a 1,5cc single BB, second is the 5224 29er mentioned earlier.

Both are used, but still ok. Still much fun left in them.
Will ned a Venturi and a muffler for the big one, but it is no real Problem.

And just for the fun of it, my recently installed SS25. The Plane is used in a beginners Pylon racing class here in germany

Best regards,
Sebastian

I bet those are fun to fly. I tried to get some pylon racing going in my club but nobody was interested. The 25 size is great since they are still slow enough to anybody to fly. I am going to try to get this beast to the field this year, it is a 120 size racer from the 80's when they had a lot of racing classes. It has an OS 120 presurpass with the double rocker covers. I think the wingspan is around 63". The servos are as old as the engine so they will need updated before it hits the skies.

That will be fun Brian. With a 120 on the nose the pucker factor will be at an all time high!

Matador

Here's a nice little twin I just aquired.
A Matador 60/60 twin built from plans. Designed and built in the UK.
I'm going to run this one as soon as we get a warmer day.
