servos for sig wonder

Hi there, can anyone tell me if 2.5 or 3 kg micro servos will be strong enough in a Sig wonder, powered by OS 15 cv. Should I go for metal gear?
I would like to use one servo per aileron a tiny servo for the throttle (already have) and something strong but light for the elevator. Can anyone recommend something from hobby king?
I like to build light aeroplanes so am shying away from full size servos at this stage.
Are the hobbyking brand of servo reliable and strong?

Thanks
Simon

I have used these on the elevator and ailerons up to 3 pound planes with no issue. Not sure why they are rated so low. I run them on a 5 cell pack too.
