Be aware that they send the goods from China or HK and not From UK as they promised.
they wrote to me that the goods will be shipped from UK ware house as I asked them, but later apologize that they sent it from HK
till now I didn't get my QC Frame. they said that it is delivered but.. I didn't get it,

My name is Liam of RCH-A (RCHOBBY-AVENUE).
We have acknowledged non-receipt of your parcel and we have done everything to try to recover it. Now it is waiting to be investigated by Royal Mail as we have asked for an investigation to take place.
From the day you informed us that your parcel still have not reached you (26th of October), we have gotten in touch with Royal Mail and have provided them with the tracking number that was given to you. They have enlightened us with details regarding your parcel. As we said to you Mr Tarek,:
- On the 26th of October, Royal Mail told us that your parcel with the tracking number (that was given to you on the 18th of October, the day your parcel was despatched from H.K reached the UK on the 23rd of October) was collected on the same day (26th of October) by a certain Morris, because 'The item (RB458670711HK) was tendered for delivery on 25-Oct-2012 without success because the addressee was not available at the time of delivery. The item is being held and the addressee is being notified'', was the parcel status on the 26th of October on HK website.
We understand that you are Tarek S, not Morris. But a parcel addressed to you was collected by a Morris. We need to know how come he was able to collect your parcel. The delivery address was double checked and confirmation of your address has been sent to us as being the recipient address.
- Royal mail was contacted a total of 4 times, (last time was yesterday morning for updates on the investigation that has not yet started, according to the agent we spoke to.
We also asked that they give you a call to inform you that an investigation was about to start, but they said they will call you when the investigation starts. Your mobile number was given to them as it is the number you have put on your rch-a account.
Your threat to badmouth us on this forum did not and will not accelerate the process of your refund. There is absolutely no doubt you will get your full refund via PayPal, but we have primary procedures to follow here when a parcel has not been received by its recipient and only when we have completed them that we can refund you. Process normally takes 10-12 days.
Your full refund will be issued either the 08th of November or the 09th via PayPal.
We have replied to every single one of your emails within the hour and we have also apologised many times for the inconvenience.
Your refund will be made shortly via PayPal and you will also be informed as usual once it has been issued.
Again, our deepest apologies for the trouble.

Just to let you know that Mr Tarek received his parcel a couple of weeks ago. Just a misunderstanding and confusion with T.N
