Good hot glue gun

I have about 4 hot glue guns sitting on my bench so why would I buy another one? We have a couple of Aldies stores in our area. These are primarily grocery stores but they do have a small section devoted to other things. Well, on our last trip they had, of all things a big display of hot glue guns. These are the smaller guns but they had a few features that I really liked. First of all, the spout was a small copper tube, perfect for laying a small bead of glue down in tight places. Second, it was dual temp. And it had a cord of generous length. Add the fact that it came with 10 sticks of glue. $5.99 plus tax and I took one home. Tried it...liked it...bought a second one for the field. Friends saw it, liked it and now one of the Aldies is out of them.

I'm really liking my DeWalt glue gun. Gets hot within seconds, doesn't melt foam, and has an auto off so it doesn't get too hot but cycles back on to keep the temp just right.

If you've got a Harbor Freight around you, check out their hot glue gun. It's a high temp gun with a couple different tips. Name of the gun is an Ad tech High Temp PRO 100.
